The
Challenge
Like
in the
United States
, many work life and home life. They
are expected to hold full-time jobs as well as raise the children.
These women
usually have to struggle alone because motherhood is not a value in the Czech
culture.
Women
in the Church
A specialized
women’s ministry is a new idea in the
Czech
Republic
. Currently, there are just a few
activities in few churches and no organizations with a clear vision for ministry
to women.
In serving the People of the
Czech
Republic
, Parakletos recognized that ministry for women is a great need and we hope to
make it a new area of our ministry.
The
need
As we wish to
start Women’s Ministry in the
Czech
Republic
, we need :

Know-how,
and materials (literature, manuals, appropriate Bible studies)

Key people
– the right women to be leaders in this ministry

grass-roots movement based in one-to-one relationships

Women’s Bible Study for women in
Prague
and other areas

national conference for women
